Welcome to RisehubPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website risehubpro.com, our services (web development, design, software, etc.), and RisehubPro Academy programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting forms, or participating in our academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Website & Services

You agree to:

• Use our website lawfully and respectfully.
• Not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
• Provide accurate information in forms and applications.
• Not interfere with website functionality.

3. RisehubPro Academy Internship Program

Specific terms for academy participants:

• Training is 100% free. No hidden fees.
• Daily attendance (10 AM – 4 PM) is mandatory.
• Laptop required (we provide system if needed).
• We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct or poor performance.

4. Client Services

For paid services (web development, design, etc.):

• 50% advance payment required to start work.
• Final files delivered only after full payment.
• Projects delivered within agreed timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on risehubpro.com (text, images, code) is owned by RisehubPro. You may not reuse without written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

Academy: No fees → no refunds.
Client services: Advance payments are non-refundable after work begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

RisehubPro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in Gujrat, Punjab courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
